HZY is a Shenzhen LCD factory founded in 2011 that designs and manufactures TFT LCD displays, monochrome COG and COB modules, custom segment LCDs and LED backlights under one roof — panel lines for TN, STN and VA glass, plus COG, COB and TFT assembly lines audited on Made-in-China by TÜV Rheinland (report ID MIC-ASR252500).
Our catalogue is organised the way hardware teams search for it: by size, by shape, by interface and by construction. Standard models ship from very small minimum orders — many platform-listed models start at 2 pieces — and every unit is functionally inspected before it leaves the factory.

The TFT range runs from a 0.71 inch 160×160 micro display for wearables to 10.1 inch 1024×600 panels for terminals and HMIs, with the densest coverage between 1.3 and 5 inches — the band most instruments, handhelds and appliance controls are built around. Shapes beyond the rectangle
Not every product face is a rectangle. We build round TFT displays for knobs and smart-home controllers, stretched bar-type panels for shelf-edge and transport signage, square panels, and a half-circle module designed for home appliances. Transflective TFT models in 2.4, 2.8, 3.7 and 5.0 inches stay readable in direct sunlight without a power-hungry backlight.
Customisation without starting from zero
Most projects start from a standard model and adjust one or two things: a different FPC length or pinout, higher brightness, a capacitive touch panel, an interface change between SPI, QSPI, MIPI, RGB or MCU. Fully custom work — a new segment glass, an unusual VA shape, a backlight in a specific colour — follows the same route: drawings in about 3 days, samples in about 2 weeks, mass production in about 5–6 weeks. An audited factory, not a trading desk
HZY operates 4 production lines with COG automatic bonding, FOG prepressing, fully automatic backlight lamination and polarizer pasting equipment, staffed by 350 people including 5 R&D engineers and 5 QA/QC inspectors, according to our audited supplier profile on Made-in-China. Module output is rated at 600K units per month and LED backlight output at 2 million units per month on the same audited profile. Every module and panel is 100% inspected — visual and functional — before shipment, and quality systems are certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 (certificates available upon request).
From our Guangming District factory in Shenzhen we ship across Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, Korea, North America and Asia-Pacific.
